Shoes are beautiful! Customer service on returning as they don't fit has been non existent

The shoes are gorgeous but they don't fit. I've sent multiple emails to your customer service as the website does not have instructions on how to return. So that needs work! I hate leaving a one star review but it is fitting when you don't offer customer service options other than email and no one returns your email.
