Domestic returns are now FREE! Start your free return in our portal HERE.
If you purchased the $2.98 free returns for return protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $2.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
- To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after delivery date.

Once your package has been received by the return center, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refunded amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days after.
It is recommended for the shipper to keep a copy of the tracking information to be able to locate their returned package. Chelsea Crew is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit and not received by the return center.

- All final sale items are non-refundable. Chelsea Crew will only refund you if there had been any damages on Chelsea Crew's part.
