At Chelsea Crew we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm.
ONLINE RETURNS
Domestic returns are now FREE when you pay $4.28 with Re:do! Start your return in our portal HERE.
If you purchased the $4.28 free returns for return protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund, store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $4.28 free return protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
- To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn and all tags attached on every item.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after delivery date.

When trying on footwear, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box (shoe boxes cannot be used as shipping boxes).
If you did not purchase the $4.28 free return at the original time at checkout, you may still return your purchase, by either your own choice of courier or visiting redo and purchasing the return ticket through their site. Using redo can save time and at most cases be cheaper than returning on your own.

Once your package has been received by the return center, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refunded amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days after.
It is recommended for the shipper to keep a copy of the tracking information to be able to locate their returned package. Chelsea Crew is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit and not received by the return center.

Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge handling fees for standard returns. However, for orders containing multiple pairs, management reserves the right to apply a return handling fee.
In such cases, you will be notified via email before your order is shipped. We will only proceed once you have reviewed and approved the handling fee. The fee for multiple-pair returns is $10 per pair.
*PLEASE NOTE:
- All final sale items are non-refundable. Chelsea Crew will only refund you if there had been any damages on Chelsea Crew's part.
- Re:do Free Unlimited Return fee of $3.98 for returns + exchanges is not refundable!
