First pair I bought I sized up and they were too small. Decided to buy a second pair in a 10. I normally wear 81/2. The ten fit perfectly. Great boots for the price. Work on making the sizing more accurate.

I bought several heeled shoes from this company in 2015 and they were comfortable and good quality. I loved my shoes and was looking for replacements. I recently ordered a red pair and yellow pair of the Penelope T-Strap and was very disappointed at the poor craftsmanship and their discomfort. When putting on the shoe you have to struggle to find the strap hole and insert the metal prong from the buckle to secure the shoe. I only wore the yellow pair once and the material around the strap holes is already cracking and peeling off. I’m so disappointed and will not buy again from this company. Their shoes use to be of better quality in the past. What happened to them???
