Ashton Riding Boots

While this boot looks so lovely and chic in person, it runs incredibly small. I ordered a 39 and usually wear a US size 7.5, sometimes 8.

I’ve NEVER had the unfortunate problem of needing to account for my calves in tall boots, but I could only zip these up about half way. The product page says that it stretches to fit 13”-17” circumference…there’s absolutely no way that’s correct. With pants on, my calf measures 14” at its widest circumference. I should have had zero problem fitting into these. They also seem to run small/narrow in the foot. I deliberately sized up so I could wear thick socks with these and it was an uncomfortably snug fit. An unfortunate return for these :(
